Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued S2s-Electronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sabina parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sae-Elektronik product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader S2s-Electronics such as the SAF303045 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D9592140075 manufactured by Sabina and we are pleased to be able to service most Sabina systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MT81BIBS by Manufacturer Sae-Elektronik as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Saintech-Ion-Beam-Systems Brand EC0074 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ledex such as 151431001501398001 equipment made by Ledex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ledex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ledex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GP10E9ST32060B1 made by Saftronics as well as the popular 880007372038400 original spares produced by Fanuc
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 260BDCA260 by Safetronics and 151431001501398001 spares by Ledex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
