We service and repair Scalar Unimatic and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Scalar Unimatic include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Unimatic if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Unimatic repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Scientific-Value-Solutions parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Schwarzmuller product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the ATV320U06N4C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SVS0502A manufactured by Scientific-Value-Solutions and we are pleased to be able to service most Scientific-Value-Solutions systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 11076254 by Manufacturer Schwarzmuller as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Selema Brand SMS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Seidel such as 60WKSM24003PO equipment made by Seidel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Seidel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Seidel" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 019000220 made by Sekidenko-/-Eaton as well as the popular GWB original spares produced by Schunk
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OSEB728 by Schunk and 60WKSM24003PO spares by Seidel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
