Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Technoplas product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the ANFJL30SV5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CHHMS54235DAAVB1003 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NSP5 by Manufacturer Technoplas as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Swagelok Brand MS153DA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Techno such as CYLBM1020150 equipment made by Techno have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Techno products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Techno" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available YG2019043029 made by Taishi as well as the popular HAFF13BG2 original spares produced by Sumitomo
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VSG201805702 by Taishi and CYLBM1020150 spares by Techno are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
