We service and repair Unipulse F500 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Unipulse F500 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the F500 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our F500 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nidec such as the CH7026 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CBN301256CB510U566 manufactured by Us-Gearmotors and we are pleased to be able to service most Us-Gearmotors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H100K541 by Manufacturer United-Electric as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Johannes-Hubner-Giessen Brand UOEMAMP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Uson such as 21358RevC equipment made by Uson have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the G90526B01N by Us-Electrical and 21358RevC spares by Uson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
