Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Us-Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vegacap parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Vipa product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Us-Emerson such as the U5E3D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CP62XXAGARKNX manufactured by Vegacap and we are pleased to be able to service most Vegacap systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3211BL00 by Manufacturer Vipa as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Us-Motors Brand HD15P2EC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vlsi such as RS3201 equipment made by Vlsi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vlsi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vlsi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 50p115 made by Viatran as well as the popular SAE original spares produced by Vibtronic
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the U20P2G by Us-Motors and RS3201 spares by Vlsi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
