Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Watlow products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Welch-Allyn product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Watlow such as the PC31F25B0000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 766A195G01 manufactured by Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 48740 by Manufacturer Welch-Allyn as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Waukesha Brand M18BP818336TT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Wenglor such as OY1P303P01012 equipment made by Wenglor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wenglor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wenglor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 750306 made by Wago as well as the popular 5314631005 original spares produced by Warner
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 894051835 by Warner--Swasey and OY1P303P01012 spares by Wenglor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
