Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Weidmuller PRO ECO parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Wtc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weidmuller parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Westinghouse product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Wtc such as the W105A131AWithtimer spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PROECO3120W24V5A manufactured by Weidmuller and we are pleased to be able to service most Weidmuller systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 235P490H01 by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has West Brand N4101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Western-Graphtec such as PR310108C equipment made by Western-Graphtec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Western-Graphtec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Western-Graphtec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 635101 made by Tecnitron as well as the popular 3424645 original spares produced by Westamp

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Z120010 by West and PR310108C spares by Western-Graphtec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A651310E304 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westamp.
